Postage costs
Cuttings that are sent without pots usually fit in a letterbox package and can therefore be sent for a lower amount. 15 - 20 cuttings fit in a letterbox package. Do you order more? Then your order will be sent via parcel post.
Are cuttings a bit larger or are cuttings and/or plants sent including a breeding pot, do they not fit in a letterbox package and are sent by parcel post.

Delivery
In the Netherlands
The delivery time depends on the delivery service you have chosen during the ordering process. In general, the delivery time is 1 - 3 working days. The package is often delivered the next day.
Belgium
The delivery time depends on the delivery service you have chosen during the ordering process. In general, the delivery time is 2 - 4 working days. In practice, we see that orders via DPD arrive 1 working day earlier.

Can I send my parcel to a parcel point?
It is not possible to immediately indicate a parcel point as the delivery address. If your order cannot be delivered at home or at the neighbors, the delivery person will deliver the package to a package point in your area. If it is not possible to deliver your order to a parcel point, your parcel will be returned to the sender.
When do we not ship orders?
- During national holidays (The Netherlands)
- At extremely high temperatures (above 28 degrees)
- At extremely low temperatures (during frost)
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the quality at extremely high or low temperatures and we ship all orders when the temperatures are more pleasant for the cuttings and plants.
