The promotional conditions below are in addition to our General Promotion Conditions.

2. Minimum purchase amount € 20.00, excluding any shipping costs.
3. The discount cannot be used for open orders.
4. The discount cannot be exchanged for money.
5. Some products may be excluded from this promotion.
6. The discount cannot be applied to cutting boxes or discount boxes.

General Terms and Conditions for discount codes and voucher codes
These terms and conditions apply to the use of discount codes/voucher codes received for free from backysplants.com.
1. The nature, duration and expiry date of an offer and other specific terms of use can be found in the expression in which the discount code/voucher code is included. Each discount code is valid for a certain period, after this period the discount code can no longer be used.
2. Each voucher is provided with a unique code. This is a number/text code.
3. Discount codes / voucher codes issued by backysplants.com can be used for purchases at backysplants.com. The discount codes/voucher codes are not valid for items that are offered by third parties via www.backysplants.com.
4. Discount codes / voucher codes can only be used in the webshop www.backysplants.com
5. You cannot use discount codes/voucher codes for open orders.
6. Unless otherwise stated, each discount code/voucher code can only be used once per person and per e-mail address.
7. If a discount code/voucher code is used for items whose (total) price is below the value of the discount code/voucher code, the remaining value of the discount code/voucher will expire. If a discount code/voucher code is used for items whose (total) price is above the value of the discount code/voucher code, the customer must settle the difference via the available payment options.
8. Offers are valid while stocks last.
9. If you return the products with which you used the discount code/voucher, the discount will expire.
10. You cannot exchange discount codes/voucher codes for money. You cannot get a discount with a discount code/voucher code on products other than the products to which the relevant discount code promotion applies and which are further described in the expressions in which the discount code/voucher is included.
11. Discount codes/voucher codes are issued once. No reimbursement will be made in the event of theft or loss. Loss also includes the (accidental) deletion of e-mails.
12. It is not allowed to change or falsify discount codes/voucher codes, including hacking, spreading viruses, spamming or forwarding.
13. You cannot use discount codes/voucher codes for commercial purposes and/or purposes other than those for which they were issued.
14. Every (attempted) fraud or other unauthorized action is registered and results in the use of discount codes/voucher codes being denied.
15. You can use 1 valid discount code/voucher code per order.
16. The discount code/voucher code is not applicable to any shipping costs.
17. The discount code/voucher code is not valid in combination with other discount promotions.
18. The discount only applies to products that are indicated on the discount code / voucher code
19. Discount codes / vouchers are not valid on plants and / or plants, unless stated otherwise.
20. The discount codes / vouchers are not applicable to "See what you get" products, unless otherwise stated.
21. The discount codes / vouchers are not applicable to new products, unless stated otherwise.
22. Some products may be excluded.
